The following agreement is made:

1. Purpose of the Agreement

   Use of the Software is permitted solely for alpha testing purposes.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

   Testers must keep all details confidential and are prohibited from sharing any content publicly.

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

   Only the registered tester may use the Software during the alpha phase.

4. Feedback and Reporting

   Feedback is voluntary but may be used freely by the developer.

5. Data Storage

   Contact information will be stored securely for up to one year.

6. Termination of the License

   The license may be revoked at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

   The Software is provided “as is” without warranty.

8. Miscellaneous

   Governed by german law.
