Most actions can be also done by clicking the respective button inside the bridge view:

All steering devices (wheel, azipod control, lever) can be used by left mouse hold and move either to the left or the right of the device center.

The same applies for the different sticks like Anchors, Thruster, Ramps, Towlines and the Throttles (Main throttle, port-, stbd throttle)
